‘Using implementation Science to transform patient care’

Master Class led by Professor Jeremy Grimshaw and Dr Justin Presseau

This Master Class used the ‘Knowledge to Action Cycle’ to support the use of the COM-B and TDF models of implementation science theory (explained in detail in the May Master Class) and tools to address clinical variation and raise standards of care; and, enable participants to explore their organisational capability with respect to the skills, knowledge, and resources required to address clinical variation and raise standards of care.
