Ian Briggs, Associate Director of Business Development at County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust, works closely with the AHSN NENC as part of the work being undertaken in our Telehealth Programme. ‘The programme we have been developing identifies what our patients and staff want, and how we can use resources more effectively and efficiently to meet their needs.  It gives patients and carers lifestyle choices, empowering them to self manage and self assess their condition.’ Ian Briggs, Associate Director Business Development, County Durham and Darlington NHS Foundation Trust
